Roast chicken recipe

Ingredients - 4 persons

  • 1 free-range chicken
  • 500g of potatoes
  • 6 sprigs of thyme
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 10 small red onions
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of fleur de sel
  • salt and pepper

Step 1

Prick the chicken on your rotisserie.

Brush it with a little oil.

Add salt and pepper and rub the skin with the thyme.

Push the thyme between the thighs to hold it.

Place your rotisserie in your oven.

Place the broiler pan underneath.

Turn on your oven on the "rotisserie" option with rotating heat if you have it at 200°C. Check that your chicken turns well and does not stumble anywhere.

Cook for a good hour, or even 1h30.
