Installation

1. Install your device safely

If the oven is positioned too close to a wall, the wall may be burned or stained. Make sure that curtains, etc. do not come into contact with the oven.

Do not place any objects between the base of the oven and the surface on which it is placed. Any object under the oven may be burned. Do not place any objects on top of the furnace while it is in use, as the heat may cause it to warp, crack or damage.

Do not heat bottled or canned foods as the container may break and burn you.

Always use the tongs when inserting or removing the tray. You can get serious burns if you touch it.

Never pour water into the oven while it is hot.

When unplugging the appliance, always grasp the plug. Never pull on the cord as this may break the wires inside.

When using, never place the unit near a gas burner, high heat source or electric fan, etc. This may affect temperature control. This may affect the temperature control.

Do not spray the power cord or handle the unit with wet hands. Always unplug the cord after use or when the unit is left unattended. If left plugged in, a malfunction may result in a fire.

When cooking dishes in oil such as roast chicken, it is recommended to use 2 sheets of aluminum foil to reduce spillage. Place one sheet on the tray and the other on the chicken. This way the oil will flow between the two sheets.

2. Electrical connections

The oven must be connected to a suitable electrical outlet. Insert the plug fully into the socket. Failure to do so may result in excessive heat. Do not use a light socket. Never plug more than one plug into the same outlet.

Use

a) Before using your unit for the first time

  • Unpack the unit and check that all parts and accessories are present and undamaged.
  • Check that all packaging materials (plastic, cardboard, Styrofoam) have been removed from the unit.
  • Clean all parts as described in the section "Caring for Your Unit".
  • Dry all parts thoroughly and assemble them, the appliance can now be used.

Heat the oven without any load:

  • Insert the broiler pan and baking rack.
  • Set the cooking mode selector switch to and the thermostat to "250°C" and heat the oven without load for about 10 minutes.
  • After allowing to cool, unplug from the electrical outlet and clean all parts again.

There may be a smell of smoke and burning, however this is normal.

b) Setting the temperature

Set the "temperature control" by turning it clockwise to select the appropriate temperature for the dish you are going to cook (temperatures between 70°C and 250°C).

c) Setting the cooking time

Set the timer to the appropriate cooking time (in minutes) for the dish you are about to cook by turning it clockwise. The indicator light allows you to check that the heating elements are working properly. The oven will automatically shut off at the end of the selected cooking time and an alarm will sound. You can manually turn off the oven during cooking by turning the timer counterclockwise to the "0" position.

d) Selecting the cooking mode

Specific functions:

1. Multifunction (Vault + Sole + Ventilation)

Thanks to the fan located on the side of the cavity, hot air circulates throughout the oven, so the heat is better distributed and the cooking is more uniform.

2. Spit function

This function allows you to make roasted pieces on a spit.

Step 1. Install the forks of the spit

To work, the rotisserie must be positioned on the right side: with the small hook on the left side of the oven

Step 2. Install the rotisserie

Insert the forks of the spit into the hole of the spit, then install the drip pan under the spit

Step 3. Remove the spit

Remove the forks from the spit using the spit handle, then remove the drip pan

Step 4. Spit handle

To avoid burning yourself, always use the spit handle to remove the spit from the oven.

2. Shelves

You can adjust the height of the tray in 3 different levels depending on the dishes you want to cook. For example, when you are making a gratin and want the top part to be more cooked, use the third tier. To roast a chicken, use the first or second tier.

Maintenance

a) Cleaning Instructions

Always unplug the appliance and allow it to cool completely before cleaning or moving it. Clean the pan, rack, pan handle and drip pan after each use. Clean the interior of the electric oven and all removable parts with a mild non-abrasive cleaner and a plastic scouring pad after each use. Rinse and dry thoroughly. Do not scrub too hard on the inner surfaces of the oven, which may become scratched.

Clean the outer glass door of the electric oven with a glass cleaner or mild detergent and a damp cloth or plastic scouring pad. Do not use abrasive cleaners or pads that may scratch the glass of the unit. Rinse and dry carefully with a clean cloth. Allow the oven to dry before closing the glass door.

b) Storage instructions

Unplug the oven, let it cool and clean it before storing. Store the electric oven in its box and keep it in a cool, dry place. Never store the unit while it is hot or still plugged in. Never wrap the power cord around the unit. Do not place any strain on the power cord where it enters the unit. It could be damaged and break.

1. Safety Instructions

Installation

  • This appliance is intended for domestic use only for cooking and heating food. It may only be used in a covered, enclosed, heated environment such as a kitchen or other room meeting the same specifications.
  • Before using this appliance, place it on a flat, dry, heat-resistant surface such as a kitchen countertop. Leave a space of at least 10 centimeters on each side of the unit to allow for proper air circulation.
  • Keep the appliance and its power cord out of the reach of children under 8 years of age.
  • This appliance is not intended to be operated by an external timer or a separate remote control system.
  • Never pull on the cord but unplug the unit by holding the plug.
  • If this appliance is covered or in contact with flammable material including curtains, drapes and similar items, there is a risk of fire when operating.
  • Children should not play with the unit.

Use

  • This appliance may be used by children aged 8 years and over and by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities only after they have been given the necessary information concerning the use of the appliance so that they are aware of the dangers.
  • Accessible parts of this appliance may become hot during operation.
  • Young children should be kept away unless they are continuously supervised.
  • Do not touch hot surfaces of this appliance during operation.
  • Do not place any items on the appliance while it is in operation.
  • Do not cover any part of the oven with aluminum foil. This may cause malfunction and a fire hazard.
  • Do not allow the power cord to come into contact with hot surfaces.
  • Do not put any of the following materials in the oven: cardboard, plastic, paper or similar materials sensitive to heat.
  • Be careful not to insert large utensils or food. The utensils and food must not come into contact with the heating elements.
  • This appliance is not intended for any use other than cooking or heating food. Drying food, towels, reheating wet towels, or similar use may result in a risk of fire or injury.
  • Handling accessories with a dish on them is dangerous. To prevent the accessories (racks or trays) from tipping forward and to avoid injury, always remove the pan from the oven and use the tongs when inserting or removing accessories.
  • The use of accessories not recommended by the appliance manufacturer may result in danger or injury.

Maintenance

  • Cleaning and maintenance of the unit should not be done by children unless they are over 8 years of age and are supervised.
  • Unplug the unit when not in use or before cleaning. Wait until the appliance has cooled down before placing objects in or removing them from the oven, or before cleaning it.
  • To protect against the risk of electric shock, do not immerse any part of the oven in water or any other liquid.
  • Do not clean the unit with an abrasive sponge or metal scraper.
  • The power cable cannot be replaced. If the cable is damaged, the unit should be discarded.
  • However, this product is guaranteed by your distributor. For details, please refer to the warranty conditions provided by your distributor.
  • This appliance is equipped with a tempered glass door that will not crack but will break into tiny, non-sharp pieces. Avoid scratching the glass or distorting the door frame. If the door shows any scratches or dents, contact customer service before using the oven.
  • For cleaning food contact surfaces, refer to the 'Cleaning Instructions' section.

Incorrect use

  • The manufacturer declines all responsibility for improper use.
  • This appliance is intended exclusively for domestic use in private homes. The use of this product in communal or professional premises such as office break rooms or workshops, camping sites, hotels, etc. does not constitute intended use as defined by the manufacturer.
