 Place the oven on a flat, dry, heat-resistant surface

Leave a space of at least 10 centimeters on each side of the unit to allow good air circulation

Insert the drip tray and the cooking grid

For the first time, set the thermostat to "250°C" and the cooking mode selector to "convection"

Heat the oven for about 10 minutes, there may be a burning smell

Let the oven cool down, unplug it from the electrical outlet, your oven is ready to be used
